I have always lived in London and call this city my favourite place in the world, especially in the summer. I joined Accenture’s graduate programme post university followed by a stint at Deutsche Bank. I then realised I wanted a career that felt more aligned to my purpose and values; so, I joined the British Government which led to a more fulfilling career. I did stints at the Home Office, the Cabinet Office and then took on the role to lead the Venture Capital Unit. I did this role for almost 12 years (I loved promoting the UK to investors around the world). I left last year to build City O’Clock; as I couldn’t an efficient way to book luxury curated experiences so I decided I would build a way!

 What is your favourite City O'Clock experience and why?
It sounds cliché but I literally love every experience on the platform. We only accept experiences that the team and I absolutely love. If I had to pick just one, I would say Holland and Holland’s shooting experiences. I love British history and indulge in series such as the Crown and Downtown Abbey. When you walk into Holland and Holland, the staff will show you where Princess Diana would sit and how William and Harry would play around the bar before their shooting lessons would start. It’s very British and it feels like entering an old English novel.

A memory that always makes you smile?
A memory that will always make me smile is taking my 8 year old son around to test out some of the City O’Clock experiences we have for the little ones. He has done everything from Biscuiteers, Crazy Pizza, Bread Ahead, My Little Unicorn to Sharky & George. I remember him saying to me “I have the best mummy in the world” only because of the experiences he was getting to see. I now hope other families feel the same about City O’Clock.

My career has always been centred around luxury brands, hospitality and creating exceptional bespoke experiences. I began at Quintessentially, where I managed a corporate account for the UK Government, hosting high-net-worth investors during their visits to the UK. My role was to showcase the very best of British hospitality, culture and business, a role I am still so very proud of today!

From there, I joined Rococo Chocolates as a Business Development Manager before moving to Selfridges, where I became the Head of Corporate Sales and Partnerships and I had the joy of working with fabulous clients such as Netflix, Google and HSBC.

After several years building strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional client experiences, I joined City O’Clock as The Head of Partnerships and Content. Today, my role combines two things I genuinely love: discovering and developing relationships with exceptional experience partners and creating content that inspires people to do something extraordinary and step out of their busy lives to reconnect.

My favourite City O’Clock experience would have to be The Sauce by The Langham Cookery School.

I’ve always had a passion for cooking, and I love how this experience feels so approachable yet refined. The setting is absolutely beautiful, and the teaching is beyond excellent. You leave feeling like you’ve learned a skill that you’ll continue to use long after the class has finished. It strikes the perfect balance between educational, social and indulgent all whilst feeling effortlessly cool.

A memory that makes me smile:
Without question, bungee jumping in New Zealand during my gap year.

Looking back, I still can’t believe I did it. Standing on the edge was completely terrifying, but the feeling of taking that leap was unforgettable. I can still feel the butterflies in my stomach now! It’s one of those memories that makes me smile because it reminds me of a time when I was perhaps a little braver, a lot more fearless, and always ready to say yes to an adventure.

I began my career as a practicing artist while studying History of Art. My career led me to one of the UK's largest art galleries, where I worked with a diverse client base ranging from celebrity collectors to first-time buyers. Alongside my role as an art dealer, I also worked as a curator, developing exhibitions and artistic programmes. Today, as Head of Art and Operations at City O'Clock, I oversees the organisation's creative direction and operational strategy, shaping the overall creative identity of the business and ensuring its visual, artistic, and commercial vision is reflected across all areas of the brand.

What is your favourite City O'Clock experience and why?
My favourite City O'Clock experience would have to be the En Plein Air Experience with award-winning artist Greta Vilidaite. At City O'Clock, we wanted to create an art experience that feels far more elevated and immersive than a traditional sip-and-paint session, and this experience delivers exactly that. It's something truly unique. Greta was exceptional, making us feel as though we had stepped into the shoes of a professional artist for the day. A memory that always makes you smile?
A memory that will always make me smile is the first time I completed a commissioned painting for a client. Knowing that I had created something that would stay with them for a lifetime was an incredibly special feeling.

Creating that piece taught me the importance of holding onto happiness, celebrating life's milestones, and appreciating the people, places, and experiences that shape our stories. It's a lesson that has stayed with me ever since, both as an artist and as a person.

I'm an Aussie living in London - after a long stint in Asia. I have a passion for capturing beautiful things in a unique and purposeful way. I see beautiful light and frames everywhere, and often have to leave my camera at home in fear of never getting anywhere due to there being too many amazing things to capture. London certainly is an awe inspiring city. If I'm not taking photographs, I'm at the beach, on the tennis court or being wrangled by one of my kids!

What is your favourite City O'Clock experience and why?
This is a hard one. So many good ones! I'd have to say the Plein Air Painting and Artful Clayhouse experiences because they both tap into my creativity but I also find these sorts of activities so relaxing and therapeutic.

A memory that always makes you smile?
My partner and I were on the Great Wall of China with our then 9 month old and 2 year old red-haired boys, when a lady approached us and picked up our toddler. Shocked, we both lurched around to see where she was going and all her friends had huddled around him for a selfie... We paused for a moment to see what he would do and he just said, "CHEEEEESE". She did return him... Our red-haired boys were like celebrities in China!

I started my job career as a customer service apprentice with British Airways when I was 16 years old, I used to work a lot on the specialist support zone where I would assist people with additional needs which I loved! I loved being able to support people and help others in the best way I could which then influenced me to becoming a teacher in a specialist school for children and young Adults with complex needs. I have been able to have the opportunity to see these young adults expand on their life skills and communication skills which I have always found to be one of the most rewarding things I have experienced in my life despite the challenges I have faced within this career! I am excited about bringing that same passion to City O’Clock.

What is your favourite City O'Clock experience and why?
My favourite experience with City O’Clock has to be the Art Masterclass with Greta, I have always enjoyed art but I have only ever been self taught! I was doubtful at first at how my art piece would turn out but this experience definitely unlocked my inner artist! I was proud of my final piece and I finished that experience feeling more confident with art and I left feeling encouraged to try out new things that I might not necessarily do at home on my normal day to day basis. The experience was such a peaceful yet interactive experience, enjoying the outdoors and feeling very relaxed whilst having fun and making great memories and creating my own piece of art. I can’t wait to try out more experiences just like this.

A memory that always makes you smile?
A memory that always makes me smile is the first time one of my non-verbal students said their first word to me, this took a lot of patience and hard work but I never gave up! After a year of closely working alongside this student they finally took their first steps into expanding their communication! This memory reminds me the importance of patience, determination and trial and error! I remember when this happened the instant feeling of happiness and joy from this students parents when I told them was amazing to see! This has definitely been one of my proudest moments and happiest moments within my career!

My Career began after studying fine art and graphic design, With over 25 years of commercial experience as a graphic designer specialising in digital design, development and marketing, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide range of luxury brands, including Hilton Hotels, Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and Sunseeker.

What is your favourite City O’Clock experience and why?
My favourite City O’Clock experience has to be the DIY Biscuit Icing Workshop. Biscuits are definitely one of my weaknesses, and I love any opportunity to get creative while learning something new. Of course, the tasting is always great fun too!
